What this means in practice
Section titled “What this means in practice”You are free to:
- use it for anything, including commercially;
- study it and change it;
- share it; and
- share your changes.
In return, if you distribute cca or a derivative — modified or not — you must:
- release it under the same GPL-3.0 license;
- make the complete corresponding source available to whoever receives it;
- state what you changed; and
- preserve the copyright and license notices.
No warranty
Section titled “No warranty”As set out in sections 15 and 16 of the license, cca comes with no
warranty of any kind. Given that it reports figures about money, that is
worth reading rather than skimming — and worth remembering alongside
Accuracy and limits.
Contributing
Section titled “Contributing”Contributions are accepted under the same license. By opening a pull request you agree that your contribution may be distributed under GPL-3.0.
